A lovely afternoon was spent at Mudchute City Farm, feeding the cows hay and checking out the little piggies/sheep/chickens... the panoramic view of Canary Wharf was only dwarfed by the deliciousness of the cakes and lunches there. After getting 2 big bunches of celery in my organic bag, and wanting to make some chutney from the green tomatoes I had left in the garden, I looked up Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's “Glutney Chutney” recipe.
